Why Use A V-Plough Diverter?
The v-plough diverter engineered by BuMtresD is mainly used for material discharging on conveyor belt with high working efficiency, reduced labor intensity and realized remote or automatic control. The v-plough diverter has already been widely used in mining, power industry, metallurgy, chemical industry, etc.
1. Working Principal
The v-plough diverter is mainly composed of valve body, valve shaft, valve gate, crank, mechanism and electric-hydraulic push rod, etc. When working, push rod extends the drive rod to drive the frame forward, get the plough blade fall down, support and raise the roller set to make the belt working face flat. The lower part of the plough blade and the belt surface contact closely, discharge the material on the running belt into the funnel (hopper), or unloaded the material to the place where it is needed. At the end of discharging, start the push rod to retract the drive rod to drive the frame back, and get the plough blade lifted up. The adjustable roller set will return to the original groove type from flat type, which will also get the belt working face get back to groove type to make the material pass smoothly.
